Logistical Support
LC Industries offers a comprehensive package of logistical services designed to fit the needs of each customer. Services may begin when LC Industries takes delivery of the electronics, or may be as extensive as picking up and palletizing a warehouse full of electronics.
Inventory Management & Reporting
Each piece of electronics is bar coded and stored in a secured location upon entry into the LC Industries facility. Assets may be tracked either by shipment or individual serial number, with certificates available for either data wiping or unit destruction.
Data Security
Upon arrival into the LC Industries facilities, electronics are stored in a secured area until each computer undergoes a data wiping procedure compliant with the Department of Defense’s security standards. Each unit is wiped clean of data by a three-phase coding process then verified to ensure no data remain.
Testing & Valuation
Many electronics still have reuse value, and based on test results, may be demanufactured for parts, refurbished or resold pending market conditions.
Recycling
Electronics are broken down into core elements, sold to smelters and thus returned to the resource stream. Downstream audits are available on any of these elements, as are certificates of destruction by serial number.
